This was the name of my workout this morning. It was quite unique, I had Cailey with me at the gym and everyone said she was so good chillin in her stroller and not complaining while watching everyone get after it! Made daddy proud!

This workout was a brutal 17 min. Here it is: 3 rounds
1 min burpees
1 min 75# power snatches
1 min 24" box jumps
1 min 75# thruster
1 min chest to bar pull ups
1 min rest

My final score = 195 total reps
